公司開始裁員了

我公司開始裁員了,我是一個部門的主管, 要負責向部門內其中一個同事說:"公司不要你了!". 這個同事和我共事了兩年多, 雖不是很好的朋友, 但關係也不錯, 他沒有犯錯, 只是不幸被選中, 心裡感覺很難受.........:cry

好老實, 我公司係美資公司, 公司又借好多錢, 生意唔好, 真係隨時有野攪........

我上星期先同一個同事傾開計, 我都叫佢比d心機做野喇, 公司出年都唔會好景, 自己唔努力既話, 出年有咩差錯, 真係無得埋怨別人架喇........

I will finish my uni life in the coming yr, should i take a 1 yr course after i grad. under this worst situation? Hw u guys think?

why do you want to take a 1 yr course? is it solely because of the economic situation? or you really do have some interest in a particular course?

although it is hard, it will be a good experience for you! I once needed to fire 50 people in one day which was horrible (in 2001 when the dot com bubble broke), so now it is very easy for me to fire just one. Take it easy!

我昨天已經跟那位同事說了, 情況比想像中好, 他也明白公司的處景, 我同意你所講, 這次是一個很好的經驗, 不過我當然唔希望再發生.

I study Product Design and technology in this moment, art and design is what i want to study that is my interest and it may help me in the future. I planed to enter the field first then see what inside first study A&D after work experience. Under the tight situation wt the world is facing now, i am thinking of should i change my plan now. Study one more year art and design, it may be graphic or wtever, start work when the situation goes little bit better.
